The work of recruitment includes all the activities right from giving advertisement to actual appointment are covered. The Final interview, interaction or testing the candidate, can be done by the Employer before actual appointment by him.

CALLING APPLICATIONS

Necessary Advertisement will be given in print, social or digital media for calling the applications for the posts as required by the registered employers. All the KYC documents and documents relating the skills and qualifications of the candidates all collected online along with the ONLINE Application Form. The documents are neatly arranged in a pdf file for each candidate. Acknowledgments are sent to each candidate on receipt of online application.

SCHEDULING INTERVIEWS

The proper and timely communication will be sent to all the eligible candidates for attending the Interviews. The Interviews with proper evaluation system will be conducted and marks will be allotted. The candidates will then be selected or shortlisted. At the time of Interview the Documents submitted by the candidates will be verified with the originals to ascertain the genuineness of the candidate and his skills.

COLLECTING DOCUMENTS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

All the documents which are required by the registered employers will be collected from each candidate either in digital form or in paper form as per the directions of the employer. The Application Form of Candidate, Result Sheet of Interview, Copies of the Required Documents will be kept ready in respect of each candidate for final submission to the employer. The offer letter of the employer may be handed over to the selected candidate if allowed and directed by the employer.

FINAL SHORTLISTING OF CANDIDATES & ITS SUBMISSION TO THE EMPLOYER

The final list of candidates will be handed over to the registered employer and the candidate will be informed the joining date and time. The HR Department of the Employer should verify the documents of the candidate and may interact with the candidate and on satisfaction appoint the candidate. If not satisfied with the candidate, he may ask for the replacement for such unfit candidate stating reasons of rejection.
